Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Germany (located in NRW). This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our Sales Team in Germany team and the Customer Operations team based in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will ensure that all orders are complete and ready for processing and will follow up on invoices with health insurers.


Your Responsibilities:

  • You act as the key liaison between the Sales Team in Germany and the Customer Service / Logistics team to ensure smooth processing of all orders to meet scheduled implant cases and sales in the market.
  • You are the first point of contact for field, clinical and sales staff for supporting commercial activities in the market achieving the sales target
  • You ensure all orders (sales and trunk stock) are accurately and completely documented for standard communication to customer service for processing
  • You are responsible for completeness and accuracy of implantation forms and other forms required for invoicing by customer service
  • You assist the field team and/or customers with sales related inquiries: e.g. contracts, prices, products information (GS1, HCDP).
  • You follow up with health insurers (Krankenkassen) so that they can be invoiced appropriately
  • You maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  • You provide exceptional customer service and support to your internal clients.
  • You collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the market and between functions.
  • You manage projects to increase efficiency
  • You prepare sales contracts for review by the management team
  • You organize local sales seminars and workshops for customers
  • You manage inventory of sales literature and brochures 
  • You work closely with the marketing-, sales- and finance team to structure proposals, contracts and bid documents 
  • You support the market for launches including new territory, new product or new customers to support the revenue plan.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Proven experience in an inside sales or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the medical devices/healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of health insurance processes and regulations in Germany.
