Job description

Title: Service Provider Account Manager
Location: Arizona, West Coast, Northwest, or DC Alley (Travel Required)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager (AM) to join the Service Provider team. The ideal candidate will have established, meaningful relationships within the service provider space and a proven ability to build on these connections to create value for both the client and the company. This role requires a strategic approach to relationship management, leveraging industry expertise to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with existing and new customers within the service provider space, including elite telecom, utility, data center, and social media companies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and aligning the company’s solutions to meet those needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on growing the company’s market share.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Travel as needed to meet customers and build face-to-face relationships (this is not a fully remote position).

Requirements:

  • Strong existing relationships within the service provider space (telecom, utility, data center, and social media clients).
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully leverage industry connections to drive business results.
  • Experience working within the VAR ecosystem.
  • Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as required for customer visits.

Compensation:

  • Determined on experience (DOE).
