Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager (AM) to join the Service Provider team. The ideal candidate will have established, meaningful relationships within the service provider space and a proven ability to build on these connections to create value for both the client and the company. This role requires a strategic approach to relationship management, leveraging industry expertise to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing and new customers within the service provider space, including elite telecom, utility, data center, and social media companies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and aligning the company’s solutions to meet those needs.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on growing the company’s market share.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Travel as needed to meet customers and build face-to-face relationships (this is not a fully remote position).
Requirements:
- Strong existing relationships within the service provider space (telecom, utility, data center, and social media clients).
- Demonstrated ability to successfully leverage industry connections to drive business results.
- Experience working within the VAR ecosystem.
- Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel as required for customer visits.
Compensation:
- Determined on experience (DOE).
