The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong desire to succeed.
Responsibilities
Generate new leads through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
Research and identify potential clients and decision makers
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years of experience in sales development or lead generation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the hourly pay for this position to be between $18-$24. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
