As a people management intern, you will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to the development of human resources strategies of our company. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As an people management intern, your daily tasks will include:

  • Strategic Development: Assist in the development and implementation of human resources strategies to promote organizational growth.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HR data to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide recommendations.
  • Talent Recruitment and development: Contribute to talent recruitment and development programs and initiatives.
  • Innovation and Solution: Take responsibility for defining pathways for the organization, seeking the best solutions for challenges.

THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in psychology, administration or related fields.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Professional or volunteer experience in people management and HR-Related tasks.
  • Collaborative spirit and the ability to effectively lead projects and work with teams.
  • Innovative vision and adaptability to stay ahead of trends.
