Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the lifecycle of corporate software, with a focus on license optimization and maintenance.
  • Ensure legal and corporate compliance in software license usage by continuously monitoring contracts and deadlines.
  • Manage communication and collaboration with the French team, ensuring alignment on business and technical goals.
  • Support the selection, implementation, and integration of new software, ensuring effective adoption in business processes.
  • Negotiate contracts with software vendors to maximize value for the client.
  • Create and analyze reports on software usage and related costs, proposing strategies for optimization.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure the security and updating of utilized software.
  • Provide technical support and consulting to business users regarding software and licensing.

Qualifications

Requirements
Experience and Technical Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software or IT management roles, preferably in international settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of software licensing policies and tools (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, SAP).
  • Familiarity with Software Asset Management (SAM) platforms and ITIL practices.
  • Proven ability to manage IT projects on a global scale.

Linguistic and Interpersonal Skills

  • Fluent English (minimum level C1); knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with international stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with geographically distributed teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and operational flexibility in a dynamic environment.
