Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Assist users with inquiries about music and podcast services, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through our platform.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with your team to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on music trends and platform features.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong passion for music and podcasts, with knowledge of popular genres and artists.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive and enthusiastic disposition.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
