Customer Service Engineer


YOUR RESPONSIBILITES WILL INCLUDE:

·      Overall, provide excellent technical support to Kornit customers and partners

·      Responsible for installation, maintenance, repairs & upgrade of a range of Kornit equipment

·      Responsible for hardware and operation training

·      Ensure and support company to reach quality targets

·      Establish and maintain effective relationships with current and potential customers, respond to enquiry and complaint, and keep abreast of market conditions and future developments

·      Update service status in service management system and service priority management

·      Support the Kornit Marketing, Sales and application Teams



Requirements

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

·      High Diploma / University graduates in Engineering or related field

·      Knowledge of electricity including how to read electric drawing / diagram

·      Familiar with Microsoft office

·      Ability & Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, strong and enthusiastic team player

·      Good interpersonal communications skills

·      Multi-national company background is preferred

·      Willing to travel including oversea (at least 50% travel), especially to Japan.

·      High fluency in English and Native Korean commutation is mandatory.

  

WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE:

·      Minimum 3 years of related experience in machinery after service, mechanical troubleshooting and repair

·      Profound knowledge of digital prepress, file formats and software applications, such as Adobe Photoshop, photoshop and Illustrator

·     Digital printing experience, particularly inkjet printing, textile printing, RIP technology and ICC-based, Color management, Color Matching, Color Theory

·      Business level written Japanese and Japanese speaking would be helpful, but not necessary
