Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service support to Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist customers with product information and service inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions in CRM systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
