Innofied is looking for experienced Business Development Managers with strong experience in International sales. This is a techno-commercial role and the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Digital transformation, and Software development projects.
Note: Candidates with experience in non-core IT sales may not fit the unique dynamics of this role. We are particularly interested in individuals with a background in similar-sized organizations and a proven track record in techno-commercial roles related to core IT sales.
Experience: 3 - 7 yrs
Requirements
You will cold call, do outbound sales, and run email/calling campaigns with other sales team members.
You will generate business for Innofied via outbound sales and also work on the leads generated by the marketing team.
You will qualify and engage effectively with clients, gather functional requirements independently, and draft winning proposals.
You will propose technical solutions based on open source and mobile technologies for Business/Ecommerce Websites and Mobile Apps, and other software development projects.
You will respond to client RFPs by researching and writing customized proposals.
You will develop formal scope documents, formal agreements and contracts.
You will close deals with the help of junior executives, business analysts and project managers.
You will manage accounts of the projects you closed.
Must haves
Experience in generating business via marketplaces is an added bonus.
Knowledge of IT Services, Custom Software development.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Availability to work outside normal hours and "on-call."
