UI/UX Designer (4 - 6 Years)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing mobile and web applications and be proficient in working directly with clients to deliver outstanding user experiences. Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience designing mobile and web applications.
• Proficiency in Figma is a must.
• Proven experience in working directly with clients, including gathering requirements and presenting design solutions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Certification in UI/UX Design is a plus.
• Technical background or experience working closely with development teams is an advantage.
