Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HRIS Partner to join our team. This pivotal role will involve managing and optimizing HR systems, creating detailed reports, conducting data audits, and automating key HR processes. You will work closely with internal HR stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless HR operations. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with a proven track record in HR process automation, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automate HR processes: Utilize no-code automation tools (e.g., Zenphi, Jira) to streamline repetitive HR processes, improving efficiency across the department.
  • Integrate HR systems: Manage and enhance integrations between various HR platforms to ensure a seamless flow of data and information between systems.
  • Data audits and reporting: Conduct data audits, identify inconsistencies, and generate detailed reports to provide actionable insights to HR and leadership teams.
  • Administer and optimize HR systems: Oversee systems like BambooHR, Pinpoint, and Jira, ensuring accurate and effective data management. Perform bulk data uploads and validations on behalf of internal stakeholders.
  • Documentation and advisory: Create both technical and user-friendly documentation for HR systems and automation processes. Provide expert advisory to internal HR teams and external partners on HR systems and best practices.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with different HR teams and departments to gather requirements, assess system functionality, and implement process improvements.

  • Proven experience in HR process automation and system administration
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to audit and analyze complex HR data
  • Ability to work at a fast pace without compromising accuracy or quality
  • Ability to break down complex processes into manageable tasks and deliver scalable solutions
  • Ability to collaborate, delegate tasks, and drive collective success within the team
  • Strong accountability and follow-through, ensuring tasks are completed on time
  • Advanced skills in Excel and experience with no-code automation platforms (e.g., Zenphi, Jira or any other)
