Talent Attraction Partner (m/f/d) at Brooks Automation: Championing Talent Discovery in Europe 

Brooks Automation is seeking a proactive Talent Attraction Partner (m/f/d) to source and engage exceptional talent across Europe. This role is perfect for a driven individual contributor passionate about identifying untapped potential in the semiconductor and life sciences lab markets.

Your Role Involves: 

• Develop and execute innovative Talent Attraction strategies to source diverse, high-caliber candidates across the region.

• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and align sourcing efforts with business objectives.

• Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including proactive outreach, market research, and talent mapping, to build robust talent pipelines.

• Contribute to the enhancement of employer branding initiatives, ensuring Brooks is recognized as a destination for top talent.

• Provide a seamless, inclusive, and exceptional candidate experience that reflects Brooks’ commitment to diversity and innovation.

We're Seeking: 

• A dedicated talent discovery champion with a proven history of proactive talent sourcing within the European market. 

• Expertise in advanced sourcing tools and techniques, with a strong track record of building pipelines in competitive industries.  

• A self-starter with exceptional communication and organizational skills, ready to make an immediate impact.

• Business fluency in German and English. Additional languages is a plus.
