About the role

PhantomBuster’s Customer Experience department is growing, and we are looking for an energetic and customer-centric advisor to join our team as a Client Growth Partner, bringing field expertise and tactics to our users at scale.

With thousands of customers worldwide, our Customer Success approach is mainly tech enabled. The aim of the Client Growth Partner is to complement that approach by leading strategic 1:1 engagements or running 1:many success programs with targeted customer groups.

As part Coach, part Consultant, and part Product Expert, this role is focused on helping our customers achieve more with PhantomBuster and advising them on top-notch lead-gen strategies.

This role is perfect if you have customer-facing experience, long to be part of a growing entrepreneurial adventure and have previous lead gen, sales or growth marketing expertise.

What you will be doing:
  • Engage 1:1 with targeted customers to advise on lead generation techniques and execute effective campaigns with PhantomBuster.
  • Leverage tools and technology (Planhat, Userpilot) to deliver value to multiple accounts at once through 1:many initiatives such as office hours or use case-based webinars.
  • Use a data-driven, tech-enabled approach to proactively engage with targeted customers at key points of the customer journey.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap by documenting and sharing insights on customers’ use cases.
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other teams to share your lead gen expertise.
Skills required:
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role and know how to manage customer relationships.
  • You have a working knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools (CRM, outreach, no-code integration tools) and best practices.
  • You have a positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
  • Your presentation skills are excellent: you know how to actively listen to customers and can speak to different types of persona.
  • You are rigorous and methodical: you know how to prioritise and organise your work and apply processes.
  • You embrace the mindset of continuous improvement and are excited about contributing to building scalable processes.

Recruitment process

  2. Job Fit Interview with Claire & Ieva (60 minutes).
  3. Use Case exercise followed by a Debriefing Meeting with Claire and Brian (60 minutes).
  4. Culture Fit Interview with two Colleagues from other departments (60 minutes).
