About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Account Specialist Team Lead to oversee and support a team of Account Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring task alignment, and driving team performance to meet client and company goals. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Account Specialist team. Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure team members meet performance goals.
  • Conduct training sessions and ongoing performance evaluations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of client tasks, such as product listing updates and launches.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for team issues and client-related challenges.
  • Work with internal teams, including copywriting and listing creation, to align priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and streamline workflows.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular updates to management on team progress and challenges.
