We specialize in leveraging structured and unstructured EHR data, claims data, and SaaS-based dashboards to deliver actionable insights for healthcare providers and life sciences companies. Our team fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment where every member can thrive and contribute to transforming healthcare through technology.

Position Overview:

As a Product Analyst at OMNY Health, you will support our data products and SaaS/dashboard offerings by managing product SDLC, vendor relations, preparing analytics data, and configuring implementations. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data quality, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality product solutions. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Product Manager role, with opportunities for professional development and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Product:

  • Ensure data quality across multiple product lines, maintaining accuracy and reliability of healthcare data.
  • Convert high-level business requirements into detailed technical requirements in collaboration with the Engineering team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives and product deliveries to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Run team ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to facilitate effective team collaboration.
  • Create and enforce processes from data ingestion to delivery, including quality control (QC), reporting, and remediation.
  • Ensure Engineering solutions meet business objectives and contribute to the overall product strategy.
  • Schedule work and manage timelines to meet business needs and project deadlines.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and develop technical skills, with opportunities for training and mentorship.
  • Support the growth and development towards a Product Manager role through hands-on experience and guidance.

SaaS / Dashboards:

  • Perform typical BI analyst tasks such as data analysis, dashboard creation, and generating reports to support business decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to manage relationships, coordinate data integrations, and resolve any issues related to SaaS/dashboard implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure dashboards meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance and accuracy of SaaS/dashboard solutions, making improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably with healthcare data.
  • Entry to mid-level experience with a strong foundation in data analysis and product support.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare data, including structured and unstructured EHR data and claims data.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including handling work products from vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills, with the potential for growth into a Product Manager role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and running team ceremonies.
  • Understanding of data quality management and data governance principles.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
