Role Overview:

The Account Manager will oversee the leasing vertical for the Italian and Spanish markets, focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with key leasing clients. This role is pivotal in driving growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and aligning JATO’s offerings with the unique needs of these markets.

The Account Manager will balance new business acquisition, client retention, and the delivery of tailored solutions to meet local and regional requirements.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the leasing vertical's success in two key European markets while contributing to JATO's overall growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for leasing clients in Italy and Spain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Address client needs proactively, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Italian and Spanish leasing markets, including market trends, competitive landscape, and client priorities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to tailor JATO solutions to meet local market needs.
  • Drive new business opportunities within the leasing vertical, targeting both existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow revenue within accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for leasing accounts, ensuring a seamless and timely experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential risks and implement retention strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Partner with the Sales Operations team to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the leasing vertical’s strategy, with a focus on the Italian and Spanish markets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for JATO, representing the company at industry events and fostering market awareness.
  • Achieve assigned growth, retention, and new business targets for Italy and Spain.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans for key clients.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Drive client engagement and adoption of JATO products and solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in account management or sales roles, preferably within the automotive or leasing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and retention goals.
  • Strong understanding of leasing operations and market dynamics in Italy and Spain.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Focused on creating positive client experiences.
  • Understanding of business and customer priorities.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving client and market needs.
  • Accountability for delivering results and driving growth.
