As the Demand Generation Marketing Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by creating and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and increase customer engagement. This position involves working closely with the sales, product, and content teams to achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities:
Build a marketing team and lead it, focusing on demand generation and lead generation strategies.
Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the US market, driving growth and customer acquisition.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the marketing funnel and enhance campaign performance.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure data flows between the Sales, CS, Content and Account Management teams.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
Experience targeting the US market is highly desirable.
Expertise in Digital Marketing Channels: SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid media.
Proficiency in Marketing Automation & CRM Tools: Hands-on experience with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or similar.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to generate new ideas for campaigns and overcome challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience working cross-functionally with sales, content, product, and design teams.
