Your Purpose
As a Platform Engineer, you will contribute to building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable systems. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing deployments, and ensuring the stability of our infrastructure.
Your work will directly impact the delivery of high-quality solutions that drive innovation and business success. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop solutions that enable financial inclusion for millions of Latin American customers.

Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience writing code in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, TypeScript, Bash, Go), with a strong focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Proven expertise in designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for large-scale, complex systems, including advanced Gradle optimizations, JVM performance tuning, and multi-application orchestration.
- Extensive hands-on experience with multiple CI tools, such as AWS CodeBuild, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD, with the ability to evaluate and implement the best solutions for a given context.
- 8+ years of experience working with Cloud Technologies, with expertise in architecting secure, cost-optimized, and scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with CD tools, such as Spinnaker and ArgoCD, with the ability to design and implement sophisticated deployment workflows.
- Deep experience managing Kubernetes clusters at scale, including multi-region deployments, advanced networking, and implementing service meshes.
- Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Crossplane, or Pulumi, with a focus on modular and reusable design patterns.
- Technical leadership: Proven track record of mentoring engineers, driving architectural decisions, and leading complex projects from ideation to delivery.
- Strategic influence: Ability to align technical execution with business priorities and provide thought leadership to influence technical direction at an organizational level.
Preferred qualifications:
- Database and Storage Optimization: Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Networking in Cloud Environments: In-depth knowledge of VPCs, service meshes (e.g., Istio), and API gateways.

- Lead the design and development of scalable and reliable platform technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Optimize and enhance existing systems for performance and scalability.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
