Job role

Proactive analyst is responsible for proactive monitoring and ensuring high quality across all workplace services. As a Proactive Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing EUX monitoring as a valuable practice to create a scalable and reliable modern workplace. A core responsibility is to proactively analyze data points from different monitoring solutions, identify root causes for events impacting the user experience and provide recommendations to the product teams responsible for implementing fixes but also to continuously deliver product increments to create new features, scale systems as well as to implement automation. The goal is to improve the end-user experience and productivity by increasing the performance and stability of workplace services..

What you will do

  •  Responsible to ensure meaningful SLOs are defined and met for relevant services
  • Ensure continuous improvement of EUX 
  • Develop and provide customer focused EUX analysis for various services
  • Identify EUX deviations and issues between releases, feature updates and other changes
  • Daily use of various monitoring tools to create holistic EUX reports for relevant services
  • Support Change-, Incident- and Problem management to validate user impact 
  • Work with various product teams and customer contacts to define EUX metrics 
  • Drive proactive IT Performance Management based on EUX analytics
  • Support identifying measures for quality improvement 

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar specialization
  • Several years of practical experience within IT environment and data analysis
  • Practical knowledge with data visualization and reporting towards various audiences
  • Experience with Agile Working approaches (SCRUM, Kanban, DevOps)
  • Good understanding of ITIL framework

You have

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to spot anomalies in monitoring graphs/logs
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at cross section of stakeholders including senior levels
  • International work experience and ability to understand and work with a complex multi-national organization and global teams
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills as well as ability to jointly work with multiple groups
  • Technical problem–solving skills, planning skills, time management
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
