VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional HRIS Support Specialist to join our teams based in either the office in Prague, Czech or Warsaw, Poland (hybrid/remote).
Lets talk about the role
We are seeking a skilled HRIS Specialist to manage our company systems, mainly Workday. The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the system is updated and functional, analyzing data to identify trends, training HR staff on the use of the system, and providing technical support to all users. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HR procedures, a good understanding of workforce planning and workforce cost management, and experience with various HRIS systems. This position will report to HRIS Manager. The role requires interaction with internal stakeholders such as: Finance, HR, IT, and Payroll.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure local HR keeps data accurate and up to date by performing regular audits and sending various reports (e.g., incorrect brand/coalition, merit plans, outstanding business processes) and/or correcting items in Workday.
- Support communication with the HR community about Workday upgrades, changes, and new functionalities (preparing Workday newsletters). Educate and train HR and Finance teams about usage of the system.
- Act as Regional Workday Administrator, assigning single sign-on, creating cost centers and locations, new supervisory orgs, HR access rights, and assisting in testing new business processes.
- Provide helpdesk support to the HR community, answering questions related to Workday and resolving technical issues.
- Support in testing new functionalities and integration within the system.
- As an HRIS Workday Admin Support, you will join our team to test various types of Workday integrations.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing integrations, addressing updates or new requirements.
- Perform unit testing and support for all Workday integrations.
- Support reporting requests and analysis.
- Support in monthly workforce planning process.
Skills for Success
- 2 years of proven experience with HRIS systems (Preferably Workday and Adaptive).
- Proven experience in managing data flow, security, and synchronization.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PPT, etc., with advanced function knowledge as an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve daily system or data issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in system integration testing, data validation, and error handling.
- Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to understand and react quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellence knowledge of English
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Workday functionality, especially Core HR, Recruiting, Time and Absence, Business Processes, Organizational Hierarchies, Security roles
- Experience developing Workday reports (EIB, Advanced Custom Reports) is advantage.
