Position Overview:
As a Business Analyst at Roc Partners, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs, define requirements, and facilitate the implementation of solutions that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and processes.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements or optimizations.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into clear and concise system specifications and user stories.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, tracking, and management activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding of project objectives and outcomes.
- Vendor Management: work closely with vendors on delivering solutions and keeping them accountable.
- Testing:
Collaborate with development teams/vendors to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users during the implementation phase and post-implementation support as needed.

- Technical Proficiency: Proven skills in documentation, process mapping and Excel. Proven skills in data analysis, data mapping and basic SQL. Knowledge of eFront fund management system is a plus.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years combined experience in consulting, Business Analysis or System Implementation, preferably within the Alternative Investment Industry.
- Bachelors degree in finance or information technology.
- Experience in full System Development Lifecycle.
- Experience in Investment Systems and IT infrastructure projects is desirable.
- Investment System configuration experience is a plus.
