Job Description
Facilitates team events using Scrum and Agile values as a guide
Guides team members in understanding their role
Helps the Developers track progress & visualize work
Help the Developers clearly and effectively prioritize work using tools at hand
Helps to focus on value delivery and visualize progress for the Product Owner
Supports Scrum documentation
Manages risks
Handles the team’s dependencies and blockers
Understands of the current situation the team is in and therefore makes weighted and needed decisions
Prompts the team to discover their potential
Improves collaboration
Develops team members' skills and knowledge, and learn how to be self-sufficient
Knowledge and experience with time management techniques (SMART / Pomodoro / OKR or similar)
Task prioritization
Advanced metrics collection and tracking and reporting (iteration / PI levels)
