  • Candidate should have 6+ years of experience in Scrum Master
  • At least 5 years of experience actually working in a delivery role (not technical, not testing)
  • Breadth and depth of experience not just one unknown company or one time being asked to manage delivery on the side when they were a developer
  • Communications not just average, but exceptional and appropriate for European and US audiences, and at all levels, especially senior communications
  • Technically a thought leader and expert, a presence on the subject of agile could teach us a thing or 2 about how to deliver software projects
