Breadth and depth of experience not just one unknown company or one time being asked to manage delivery on the side when they were a developer
Communications not just average, but exceptional and appropriate for European and US audiences, and at all levels, especially senior communications
Technically a thought leader and expert, a presence on the subject of agile could teach us a thing or 2 about how to deliver software projects
