Job description

700Apps is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and project-related events.
  • Monitor project progress and track project expenses and budgets.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating them to project managers as necessary.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in a project coordination or project management role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
