Finlays has a joint venture with Damin International (Damin), a globally renowned food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Shanghai, China. Damin provides the global market with raw materials, consumer products, and one-stop solutions, catering to industries such as beverage retail, food services, health food, and healthcare. As a strategic partner to numerous international food and beverage manufacturers, food service chains, and health product enterprises worldwide, Damin is dedicated to fostering innovation and excellence. With a firm commitment to promoting healthy living, Damin provides deep expertise in research and development across a range of fields including natural plants (such as tea, coffee, and botanicals), marine organisms, natural minerals, as well as genetic engineering.
Finlays is expanding its dynamic team to enhance the sales of Damin products. We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive with a strong sales background and established contacts in the beverage retail and B2B manufacturing sectors. This role will focus on driving all sales activities—from lead generation to deal closure—specifically for the Damin product line.
The ideal candidate will create sales opportunities within the retail beverage and food services markets, managing relationships with both existing and prospective customers. Collaboration with R&D, Logistics, and Production teams will be essential to develop and present tailored solutions that meet market demands and customer needs. All efforts must align with Finlays’ mission, values, ethics, and strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve annual sales targets for the joint portfolio of Finlays and Damin products.
- Collaborate closely with Damin’s team as part of the Finlays organization.
- Manage and cultivate customer relationships to build strong business partnerships and meet account-based sales goals.
- Reach out to new customers to understand their business needs and explore potential opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Damin's product offerings, beverage industry trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize market data to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Understand pricing and cost structures and negotiate pricing and contracts effectively.
- Foster cooperative and professional communication with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service and accurate volume forecasting.
- Develop and oversee a yearly sales plan with clear objectives for the assigned customer base, presenting plans and key performance metrics at quarterly sales meetings.
- Represent Finlays at tradeshows, association meetings, and other business functions.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Food Science, or other related fields.
- 3-8 years of professional selling experience in the Food & Beverage retail branded, private label industry, or food services sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and quotas.
- Ability to professionally interact with all levels of an organization and across geographical regions.
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter, organized, able to prioritize and multi-task with leadership skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce.
- Travel for the position will be approximately 40% - 50% annually.

- Lifting: May occasionally need to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
