This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, working at the intersection of partnerships, strategy, and innovation to drive significant business impact.
Your mission
  • Acquire and own new strategic partnerships, identifying, researching, and onboarding partners to enhance market access and revenue opportunities.
  • Manage and lead existing partnerships, focusing on joint initiatives that create value for mid-sized to enterprise-level clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align partnership efforts with overall business growth goals, ensuring visibility and recognition of contributions across the organization.
  • Oversee the partner lifecycle, including onboarding, contract negotiations, ongoing engagement, and long-term relationship management, with an emphasis on strategic success.
  • Lead initiatives for market and product expansion, prioritizing DACH markets while exploring international opportunities.
Your profile
  • Proven experience initiating and building strategic partnerships, ideally within SaaS, e-learning, compliance, legal tech, or broader B2B technology.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Asana for managing partnership pipelines and tasks.
  • High level of initiative and proactive work style, with the ability to take ownership and drive results independently.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and negotiation, with a focus on building long-term, value-driven relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced proficiency in analysis tools to make informed decisions and optimize partnerships.
  • Cross-cultural competence and adaptability to work effectively in diverse environments and navigate dynamic market conditions.
  • Ability to utilize data analysis tools like Google Sheets/Excel to track, analyze, and optimize partnership performance.
  • Skilled development of compelling presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint to communicate partnership strategies and outcomes effectively.
