Our client is an international iGaming company, known for driving innovation and fostering growth in high-potential entertainment markets. With a team of over 600 professionals spanning more than 20 locations worldwide, they operate in 10 countries and serve a loyal customer base.

On their behalf we are now seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including MSAs, SLAs, insertion orders, marketing and sponsorship agreements, NDAs, and contracts related to marketing activities.
Provide legal and compliance guidance to various departments, focusing on marketing operations and addressing matters related to corporate, contractual, compliance, and intellectual property.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and internal compliance requirements.
Develop, update, and refine internal policies, guidelines, and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
Manage and coordinate external legal counsel in multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to both local and international laws.

Requirements:

Law degree with minimum of 2 years of experience advising on contractual, compliance, and regulatory matters within high-risk (preferably iGaming/ gambling) setting.
Strong knowledge of international commercial and compliance law.
Expertise in intellectual property is a significant advantage.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in Legal English.
Experience with affiliate marketing is highly desirable.
