About the role
The Legal team sits at the heart of Revolut as one of our most important areas of business. This focused bunch supports all other Revolut teams, helping us achieve our goals each and every day. They’re special, they’re strong-willed, and they work across a myriad of different areas. We know this isn’t super common for an in-house role, but our team is just that good 🧠
We’re looking for a Corporate Governance Legal Counsel to join us on our growing Legal team at Revolut’s Lithuania office.
Since board members are the company’s designated representatives on legal documents, it's their responsibility to ensure the company and its directors operate within the law. You'll be keeping board members informed of their legal responsibilities to make sure the organisation complies with relevant legislation and regulations at all times.

What you’ll be doing
Providing expert corporate law and governance support to Revolut’s supervisory and management bodies and their committees in Lithuania
Influencing and communicating effectively at executive level to ensure good local governance, helping to ensure alignment of processes across the group
Consulting company secretaries on Lithuanian corporate laws and governance principles
Arranging execution of various corporate documents (shareholder resolutions, KYC related documents, extracts, forms, applications, etc.)
Advising stakeholders on other corporate governance, regulatory-related matters (governance structure of the Lithuanian entities, applicable corporate laws, etc.)
Ensuring Revolut’s Lithuanian entities comply with relevant governance-related legislation and regulations
Providing governance guidance on EU corporate structure set-up and its changes
Overseeing the EU Corporate Governance Framework and governance area policies and procedures
Supporting the delivery of initiatives and roadmaps aimed at improving the governance function
Representing Revolut’s Lithuanian entities vis-à-vis third parties, such as legal registers, notaries, and other public institutions
What you'll need
Fluency in English and Lithuanian with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A master’s degree in law
Relevant working experience
A solid understanding of corporate governance, company law, and conflict of interest management
Outstanding team working skills and the ability to build excellent relationships at senior level
A focus on customer delivery
The ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
The ability to communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders, while providing clear and succinct governance advice

Compensation range
Vilnius: €4,600 - €5,100 gross monthly*
Lithuania: €4,600 - €5,100 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
