Your Opportunity: Taylor Print and Visual Impressions (TPVI), a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking an experienced Print Sales Account Executive to join their team in the Las Vegas, NV area! This position’s sole charter is relentless growth through whatever means necessary – organic/new account acquisition, expansion with existing accounts you close, onboard and continue to support, channel partnership or otherwise.

The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with marketing and sourcing contacts, print influencers and buyers at enterprise and/or mid-market brand owners in the areas of commercial print, direct mail, and/or label and packaging spaces. This position will be supported by an elite team of Account Managers, Customer Services Representatives and Taylor’s best-in-class manufacturing platform comprised of facilities coast-to-coast. 

Another unique benefit, and expectation, of this position is the ability to sell other capabilities of this division of Taylor, which include printed signage & graphics and décor, gift and loyalty cards, data & analytics, and technologies which support client acquisition and end-to-end administration of print. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for attainment and growth of revenue – with a focus on exponential and incremental growth, respectively
  • Develop a Market Plan to create new opportunities and build the opportunity pipeline
  • Develop Account Plans by client to deepen relationships & expand into other solutions
  • Effective utilization of all resources, including but not limited to business development/marketing/general managers to build and deploy client strategies
  • Close capable in both expansion/acquisition deals
  • Effective utilization and updates of Salesforce
  • Continuous learning
  • Team collaborator/contributor
  • Effectively navigate inside of Taylor’s business unit structure

You Must Have:    

  • A minimum of a bachelors’ degree or its equivalent with more than 5 years of experience in Sales or in related area or sales aptitude
  • A minimum of 5 years selling to stakeholders within enterprise and mid-market brand owners in the areas of commercial print, direct mail, and/or label and packaging spaces
  • A self-starter mentality and ability to operate within an organization independently
  • Relentless attitudes towards growth – strong desire to champion double digit growth
  • Effective skills in building strategic relationships internally/externally
  • An entrepreneur attitude with relentless pursuit of new business
  • Effective client/market planning and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to create interest and open doors through multiple business development strategies
  • Experience developing strategic relationships with clients and partners
  • Ability to understand client challenges/objectives and align capabilities to deliver a high value proposition
  • Experience making presentations, performing negotiations, and closing business
  • General knowledge and use of Salesforce
  • Knowledge of business in various vertical markets and your geographical location (Las Vegas, NV and surrounding areas)
