Job Description:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Cycle Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, with a primary focus on the education sector. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, are results-driven, and excel at building meaningful client relationships, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing new business.
  • Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients in the education sector through high-volume cold calling and email outreach.
  • Product Demonstrations: Schedule and deliver compelling software demos to showcase the value of Hi Rasmus.
  • Pipeline Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospects, keeping potential deals active and moving toward close.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas by leveraging effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot.
  • Adaptability: Adjust workflows and strategies as needed to align with Hi Rasmus’ evolving goals and priorities.
Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • At least 1 year in an outbound full-cycle sales capacity, OR
    • 1 year in an Outbound SDR/BDR role and 1 year in an AE/closing role.
  • Skills & Traits:
    • Excellent pipeline management and organizational skills.
    • Superior sales acumen and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
    • Proficient in HubSpot or comparable CRM tools.
    • Comfortable with high call volumes and tenacious in follow-ups.
    • Adaptable and eager to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing startup environment.
  • Preferred: Experience selling to education or school establishments.
