Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service and see continued value from our digital marketing strategies. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, and driving long-term success through strategic recommendations and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and relationship-building.

  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and business needs to tailor strategies that align with their objectives.

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the process of setting up their digital marketing strategies.

  • Ensure the successful implementation and execution of SEO, content marketing, and outreach campaigns for clients.

  • Monitor and report on client campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including SEO, content, and design, to ensure client projects are executed efficiently and meet expectations.

  • Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, discuss results, and address any concerns or feedback.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling additional services that would benefit the client.

  • Resolve client issues or escalations promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new digital marketing strategies to provide clients with cutting-edge recommendations.

  • Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and other communications in a clear and professional manner.

  • Foster a strong, positive relationship with clients to drive long-term partnerships and renewals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within digital marketing or a similar industry.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle client concerns effectively.

  • Experience in account management or project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.

  • Ability to analyze campaign data and provide clients with actionable insights.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • A proactive, client-first mentality focused on delivering exceptional service.
