Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help us create exceptional user experiences across a variety of digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for designing the layout, flow, and interactive elements of websites and applications, ensuring both form and function meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and clients, to define user needs and translate them into intuitive design solutions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

• Develop user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines while focusing on usability and accessibility.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.

• Analyze user feedback and behavior to iterate and improve designs over time.

• Create user flows, site maps, and navigation structures to ensure smooth user experiences.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure the implementation of designs is accurate and meets user requirements.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain innovative and cutting-edge.

• Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring responsive and mobile-first experiences.

• Maintain design consistency across all platforms and user touchpoints.

• Contribute to the overall design strategy and process, working with other designers and teams to improve internal workflows and project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX/UI design projects, including websites and mobile apps.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or InVision.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

• Experience designing responsive, mobile-first web and app interfaces.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics is a plus.

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user needs and business objectives.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions clearly.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
