Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Video Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that resonates with audiences and supports our clients’ marketing goals. You will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to create compelling videos for websites, social media, advertisements, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Create and edit engaging video content for various platforms including YouTube, social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
Develop video scripts, storyboards, and concepts that align with clients’ objectives and brand voice.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and incorporate feedback into the final product.
Optimize video content for SEO and social media platforms to drive engagement and organic reach.
Conduct research to stay on top of industry trends, video styles, and audience preferences.
Ensure all video content is high-quality, visually appealing, and aligns with brand standards.
Manage video production timelines, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Analyze video performance and make adjustments to future content based on metrics such as views, engagement, and conversion rates.
Assist in the development and implementation of video strategies for digital campaigns and client presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in video content creation, editing, and production.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera work.
Familiarity with SEO best practices for video content, including optimization for platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
Creative mindset with excellent storytelling abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and implement changes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous video work is required.
