SAP Specialist - Support Engineer for Authorizations and Roles - Tietoevry Create (m/f/d)

We are looking for a SAP Specialist, Support Engineer for Authorizations and Roles who wants to be part of Tietoevry Create. Location: Remote or Warsaw (hybrid)

Your responsibilities will be: 

• Perform day-to-day administration of SAP security and access management, including user provisioning, role creation, and authorization management.
• Design, implement, and maintain SAP roles and profiles to ensure appropriate segregation of duties and compliance with organizational policies.
• Analyze and troubleshoot authorization issues, providing timely resolution and support to end-users.
• Collaborate with business units and project teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes related to SAP authorizations and roles.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of SAP roles and authorizations to ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP security processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Work closely with SAP BASIS, functional, and technical teams to ensure integrated and cohesive application support.

Experience and Skills: 

• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with a focus on Authorization and Roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and audit compliance.
• Proficiency in SAP user administration, role design, and profiling across various SAP modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex authorization issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• SAP certifications in Security or GRC are a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori role concept, S/4HANA security, or other advanced SAP technologies is an advantage.
