Active Network, a division of Global Payments, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in the Dallas area. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to support our sales team. You will play a crucial role in the sales process by identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to create opportunities for our sales team.

This is a remote role based in the Dallas area.

Summary of This Role

SDRs often engage with potential customers through cold outreach, email campaigns, and other marketing efforts to identify prospects who have a genuine interest in the product or service. They play a crucial role in the sales pipeline by ensuring that the sales team is focused on high-quality leads, which can lead to increased conversion rates and revenue for the organization.

  • Proactively reach out to prospects via telephone to identify key decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and guide them through the sales pipeline with precision and expertise
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and account qualification at all prospect levels
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients to enhance client relationships
  • Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction
