We are looking for a highly sociable and skilled Business Development Specialist to drive B2B growth. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in computer science or a related field, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in the blockchain or technology sector.

In this role, you will:

Business Development Strategy:

  1. Identify and reach out to potential partners and clients, focusing on enterprises in blockchain, DeFi, and technology sectors.
  2. Develop and implement efficient business development strategies to establish long-term partnerships and drive B2B client acquisition.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business growth opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build strong trust-based relationships with key decision-makers of potential partners.
  2. Act as the primary contact for partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
  3. Regularly communicate with clients, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for business optimization.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with product and technical teams to accurately convey client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  2. Coordinate with marketing teams to align business development efforts with brand promotion and marketing strategies.
  3. Represent company at industry conferences, events, and networking gatherings to enhance project visibility and influence.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  1. Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development to ensure goals and objectives are met.
  2. Provide regular business forecasts and progress reports to senior management.
  3. Actively address challenges in the business development process and propose improvements.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, preferably from a top 30 university.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or client management, with a preference for B2B experience; Proven success in the blockchain, Web3, or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong influence and negotiation abilities; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Familiarity with market research and sales forecasting tools.
  • Outgoing, sociable personality capable of thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry environment.
  • Understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and cross-chain solutions is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
