Senior Specialist, Recruitment and Sourcing

 

Are you an experienced Recruiter who is known to have good interviewing skills to filter the best candidates?

Are you someone who can build a good relationship with your Hiring Managers?

 

The Senior Specialist, Recruitment and Sourcing will be reporting to the Recruitment Manager and be responsible for executing and supporting strategic sourcing plans to feed the talent pipelines for Quantrics. This role is looking for a leader who can mine talent pools, navigate employment landscapes, and execute web and social media campaigns in a quest to find the right talent for Executive and Support Hiring.  You should also be passionate about the talent selection and hiring needs of a call center environment.

Responsibilities:

You will have an opportunity to…

  • Creating Job Descriptions, In-take and calibration sessions with Hiring leaders to properly align hiring requirements
  • Source and identify top-level talent through a variety of methods for Support and Executive Hiring
  • Collaborate with External Recruitment Partners
  • Resume screening, initiating assessments and interview process for top-level talent
  • Implement behavioral screening to ensure that a candidate is fit for the company’s needs
  • Strategize development and growth of recruiting efforts
  • Organize and execute job fairs, job caravans, open house recruitment and Employee Referral
  • events to find executive and support talents
  • Create sourcing strategies with recruitment partners and managers to achieve short- and long-term hiring needs
  • Collect feedback and distribute information to candidates, hiring managers, and internal team throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure that hiring levels are aligned with the needs of the business and training class dates
  • Mentor, train, and assist recruitment team as it grows

  • 2+ years of Support and Executive hiring experience will be an asset
  • College graduate or above is an asset
  • Willing to work full-time in a 24/7 operation. Shifts will vary based on requirements (possible evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required).
