Location: Remote (MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK)

Salary: This is a basic + commission-based role with an OTE of in excess of £40K+ per annum

Job Description:

Refine Recruitment, a leading advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, is seeking an exceptional Recruitment Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, promoting our mission, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales and a passion for making a positive impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients who align with Refine Recruitment's mission. Utilise various channels, including networking events, industry forums, online platforms, and referrals, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging: Clearly articulate Refine Recruitment's mission and values to potential clients, emphasising our commitment to fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces. Highlight how our services can support their DEIB initiatives and contribute to their overall success.
  • Conduct client consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs, challenges, and goals. Tailor recruitment solutions that align with their specific requirements and demonstrate the value Refine Recruitment can bring to their organisation.
  • Present and demonstrate recruitment solutions: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase Refine Recruitment's expertise, industry knowledge, and unique approach to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Effectively communicate how our services can address clients' hiring needs and contribute to their organisational goals.
  • Build and nurture client relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing enquiries promptly, and maintaining regular communication. Act as a trusted advisor and partner, proactively identifying opportunities to add value and exceed client expectations.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Collaborate with clients to define terms, conditions, and pricing structures that align with their budget and expectations. Utilise strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close deals. Maintain accurate records of contract details and ensure a smooth handover to the operations team.
  • Exceed sales targets: Set ambitious sales targets and strive to exceed them consistently. Continuously monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and adapt strategies to maximise results. Take ownership of individual sales pipeline and actively manage prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and best practices in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Leverage this knowledge to position Refine Recruitment as a thought leader and stay ahead of the competition.
  • CRM management: Utilise our CRM system to manage and track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure effective sales pipeline management and generate insightful reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record: Demonstrated success in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in the recruitment industry or related services is preferred.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging: A genuine passion for advocating diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace. Familiarity with DEIB concepts and a strong commitment to promoting inclusive hiring practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively. Active listening skills to understand client needs and address enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Relationship building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with clients. Ability to build trust, inspire confidence, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Results-driven: Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a determination to achieve and exceed sales goals. Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the recruitment industry, market trends, and hiring practices. Ability to grasp client requirements and align them with Refine Recruitment's offerings.
  • Negotiation skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Ability to handle objections, present compelling arguments, and close deals effectively.
  • CRM proficiency: Experience with CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related software.
  • Bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
