Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team as a Recruitment Researcher (Contract) supporting our team of Consultants, to recruit for a variety of positions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for various roles

  • Tactfully headhunt and source for both passive and actively-looking candidates through various channels

  • Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates in the Applicant Tracking System

  • Screen and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles based on their skills, experience, and qualifications

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to conduct candidate screening/interviews and formatting their cvs

  • Participate in recruitment meetings with consultants and provide recommendations on suitable candidates

  • Analyse recruitment market trends and conduct Business Development research into new segments and clientele

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment practices, and new sourcing methods

  • Additional sourcing duties as assigned by the consultant

Requirements:

  • Diploma from a recognised institution

  • Strong interest in sales and recruitment

  • Strong bilingual communication skills to communicate with candidates located regionally

  • Able to multitask effectively while juggling multiple ongoing roles

  • Comfortable communicating effectively over the phone

  • Ambitious self-starter who is able to meet targets and deadlines

  • Previous experience as a researcher in a recruitment firm will be an added advantage
