We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant.

Just-O Recruitment ltd is based in Sunderland and specialises in providing services to the health and social care sectors. Our office base is linked with excellent transport. However, a successful candidate will be working on a hybrid shift pattern - 2 days from home and 3 days in the office alongside other experienced staff.

This fantastic opportunity is for someone with great people skills, experience, and a passion for succeeding within the care and healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

Overall objectives of the post: - As a Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include:

To be part of a team providing business leads and management role for Client acquisition and customer journey through to admission (B2B & B2C)
Developing new business relationships
Discussing potential job opportunities with clients and candidates
Building fantastic relationships with new and existing candidates & clients
Writing and reviewing job adverts
Selection of a pool of great candidates
Able to work with self-set targets
Ensuring compliance is always adhered to at all time

The ideal candidate will be:

Have 3years minimum related experience
Be self-motivated
Be target focused
Be confident, ambitious, and hard-working
Strong written and verbal English skills
Have excellent listening skills
Be very personable and able to build effective working relationships
Possess strong attention to detail with outstanding telephone manner
Have good IT skills with regards to Google, Outlook, Word and Excel
Passion for business development and growth
