Job Title: Recruiter/Hiring Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter/Hiring Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with leadership to identify and onboard exceptional talent. Your focus will include sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and ensuring a positive hiring experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to determine staffing needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across job boards, social media, and the company careers page.
  • Use databases and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks and manage job offer negotiations.
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, practices, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM, PHR, CIR).
  • Experience hiring talent across various industries.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and flexibility in adjusting to changing priorities.
