Senior Talent Acquisition Leader

About the role: 

We are looking for a professional with 10 - 15 years of progressive experience in technology recruiting and creative leadership in a fast-moving environment. We are looking for a person with skills and years of experience and professional contacts that allow him/her to spearhead the growth objectives of the company. 

The position of a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader you will oversee managing the complete process of search, screening and evaluation of the candidates, and covering their needs. Your responsibilities will include creating profiles, job descriptions as well as screening candidates through in–depth interviews, and the overall process of the recruiting journey.  

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Demonstrate experience with a systematic approach to resource recruitment Aptitude for orderly and systematic research of candidates and profiles. 
  • High ability to communicate ideas, requirements, and indications. 
  • Natural ability to negotiate contracts and working conditions. 
  • Excellent time management skills for the execution of tasks.  
  • Ability to teach and mentor junior Team Members in the recruitment team. 
  • Experience in posting job opening in multiple job boards  
  • Identifying potential candidates through various forms of media, such as Linkedin, Indeed and Similar platforms.  
  • Experience with organizing recruiting sessions aimed at collaborating with NVC leadership as well mentoring junior Team members.  
  • Guiding candidates through the recruitment and hiring processes. 
  • Following up with candidates through each phase of the recruitment process. 
  • Proactively engage our clients to understand their current and future needs.  

You must have: 

  • Proven record of progressive growth in the technology talent acquisition space  
  • Highly desirable a degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related careers 
  • Advance English Level (B2+Consider Advance conversational Level English Proficiency. 
  • 10+ years in full-cycle recruitment processes or similar roles. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
  • Must be available to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
