The Opportunity:

What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with senior leaders to understand role requirements, create Ideal Candidate Profiles (IDP), and align sourcing strategies to match these profiles.
Maintain a diverse talent pipeline by sourcing and engaging potential candidates through various channels.
Build long-term relationships with leadership candidates, providing personalized communication, and serving as the main point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
Track key metrics, use data to improve sourcing strategies, and provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment performance and trends.
Facilitate thorough onboarding for GM candidates & continue to be a key point of contact for the first 90 days of employment.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting for leadership or executive-level roles.
Ability to source top talent through various methods (e.g., online platforms, resume databases, referrals, and networking).
Experience working with senior executives and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies for high-level roles.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other tools for candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
Clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and leadership teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.
