About The Role

Kula is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager - Recruitment to oversee and enhance our global recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international recruitment within the audit and accounting sectors and will play a pivotal role in expanding Kula’s talent pool and optimizing our hiring processes. This role includes an exciting opportunity to design and implement recruitment processes, grow Kula’s candidate database, and enhance our presence amongst potential candidates globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Recruitment Leadership:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of a robust recruitment strategy aligned with Kula’s business goals.
    • Oversee efforts to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent in the audit, accounting, and advisory sectors.
    • Monitor market trends and provide input to refine recruitment strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Process Development & Optimization:
    • Lead the design and implementation of efficient recruitment workflows and processes.
    • Establish scalable systems to support Kula’s growth and improve the overall recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Database Growth & Market Presence:
    • Strategically grow Kula’s talent database by identifying and engaging with potential candidates globally.
    • Enhance Kula’s brand presence among potential candidates, leveraging social media, networking, and industry events.
  • Team Oversight:
    • Lead a high-performing recruitment team, providing mentorship and support to achieve hiring objectives.
    • Track and report on team performance, ensuring hiring goals are met consistently.
  • Global Recruitment Operations:
    • Ensure recruitment workflows are optimized for efficiency and scalability.
    • Maintain compliance with local and international labor laws in all hiring activities.
    • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across Kula’s hiring processes.
  • Client & Candidate Experience:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand talent requirements and deliver exceptional service.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment:
    • Utilize analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide detailed reports on hiring metrics, candidate pipelines, and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Required Experience:
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on international markets.
    • Proven success recruiting within the audit, accounting, and advisory sectors.
    • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple regions.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
    • Familiarity with sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other platforms.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving recruitment success in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong team leadership and mentoring skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
