Job description

Our client is hiring for a recruiting coordinator with great interest and care in good candidate experience. You will partner directly with talent acquisition partners, engineering program leads, and administrative business partners to help them achieve their hiring goals.

The main responsibilities of a Recruiting Coordinator include:

  • Coordinating onsite and phone interviews for candidates with efficiency & accuracy
  • Drafting and sending confidential candidate offers
  • Managing our engineering interview training process
  • Maintaining recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up-to-date
  • Meeting and greeting candidates coming in office to interview
  • Performing administrative duties as required to support the talent acquisition team
  • Planning recruiting events and coordinating company wide recruiting efforts

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • 2 years of recruiting coordinating experience
  • 1 year of experience using Google suite products
  • 1 year of experience working with confidential information such as drafting offers & scheduling internal interviews
  • Experience scheduling in different ticket volumes, 40-120 interview requests per week
  • Strategic thinker: articulates status updates & goals, develops a course of action plan, adopts & adjusts to business needs
  • Autonomous: self-directs, takes initiative, manages time, open to feedback
