Job description

As our Country Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of understanding and growing our business within a specific market. This role is perfect for someone looking to step into a leadership position with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for local market nuances. You’ll focus on building and optimizing a robust commercial ecosystem, covering everything from payments to marketing, customer service, game selection, and local partnerships. Your insights into what customers in your region want will guide our central teams in marketing, CRM, VIP, and operations to tailor their strategies effectively.

 

 Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute localized strategies to grow revenue and market share, focusing on customer satisfaction and engagement.
 
  • Identify and nurture high-value customers, using data and insights to enhance their experience and maximize their lifetime value.
 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIPs and key accounts, tailoring strategies to their preferences and needs.
 
  • Act as a bridge between the local market and central teams (Marketing, CRM, Operations), effectively communicating customer insights and market trends.
 
  • Collaborate with central teams to execute targeted campaigns, promotions, and CRM strategies tailored to the local audience.
 
  • Establish and foster relationships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth and brand visibility.
 
  • Optimize the customer journey by ensuring localized approaches to marketing, customer service, payment methods, and game offerings.
 
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
 
  • Provide regular performance updates to leadership, backed by data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
 
  • Champion the brand in your market, building a strong local presence and reputation.

 

 What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in roles such as VIP Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar, with a strong understanding of high-value customers.
 
  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue within a market or customer segment.
 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with high-value customers and stakeholders.
 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
 
  • Customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
 
  • Experience in the iGaming or tech industry is a plus, though not mandatory.

 

 

What we require from you:

  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
 
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-focused or market-driven role, with some leadership or team coordination experience.
 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and data interpretation.
 
  • A strong understanding of market dynamics, high-spender behaviors, and regional trends.

Application Process:

1. Submission of Application:

Interested candidates are required to submit their CV along with a brief statement explaining why they are applying for the role and how they believe their skills and experiences align with the position.

 

2. Psychometric Testing:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in two psychometric tests. These tests are designed to assess various aspects such as cognitive abilities, personality traits, and aptitude relevant to the role.

3. Interview Stage:

Successful candidates from the psychometric testing stage will proceed to the interview stage. Interviews will be conducted by members of the Multiverse team, including the hiring manager and relevant stakeholders. During the interview, candidates will have the opportunity to discuss their experiences, skills, and motivations in further detail.

4. Work sample test

The final candidates will have to submit a work sample test. The work sample is a scenario based problem related to our industry. 


5. Final Decision:

Following the interviews, a final decision will be made regarding the candidate's suitability for the role. Successful candidates will be notified of their offer of employment, and further details regarding onboarding and commencement will be provided.
