Roles and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud standard methodologies and functionality including Email studio, Mobile Studio, Automation studio, Journey Builder.
- Design and configure marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email journeys, automation workflows, and personalized content.
- Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.
- Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated email campaigns.
- Implement data-driven segmentation and audience targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in all marketing activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving platform-related challenges.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, providing guidance and best practices to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective marketing strategies and campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Drive continuous improvement through campaign analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization, maximizing ROI and customer engagement.
Skills:
- Proficient with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in SQL and AMPScript.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Experience with Apollo and Constant Contact a plus
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and experience with Salesforce CRM integration.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods
- Omnichannel marketing integrations (Social, SMS messages, Chat)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in developing and executing complex marketing campaigns and workflows.
- Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Comfortable working independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency, within a distributed remote and global organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Marketing Cloud platforms.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
