Job Title: Bilingual Customer Support Representative
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative with a strong phone presence and multitasking abilities to support our clients' scheduling, payment processing, and information requests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, provide information, and set clear expectations for customers.
  • Document Handling: Send and process documents as required.

  • Routing: Direct customers to the appropriate department based on their needs.
  • Task Management: Use tools like Trello, Service Titan, and Google Suite to manage schedules, updates, and tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Trello, Service Titan, Google Suite, and Google Maps.
