Compensation: $18 an hour to $20 an hour

WebstaurantStore, a Clark Associates company, is looking for proactive, detail-oriented candidates to join our growing company as an Invoice Analyst Intern for the Summer of 2025. This role focuses on problem-solving and process improvement and is a key part of growing our business.

Ready Kitchen Warranty

Ready Kitchen Warranty (RKW) is a new focus of our company responsible for coordinating warranty service repairs for all distribution channels on private label brands. We want to expand our team with an Invoicing Analyst Intern who will audit and approve warranty repair invoices, analyze our internal auditing practices, and provide feedback to RKW leadership to create efficiencies within our Auditing team.

Invoicing Analyst Intern

As part of the Auditing team, you will fill a brand-new role focused on process improvement, which means you will be involved in real and meaningful work. Interns have access to a robust training program, team shadowing, roundtable discussions and presentations with senior leadership, mentorship, networking opportunities, soft-skill and hard-skill training, and other great internship perks!

Internship Opportunity Timeline: This is a full-time paid internship and will take place over the summer of 2025. Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 4pm EST.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) and other Office applications (Outlook, Access, etc.)
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working as part of a team and independently
  • Desire to learn and work at a fast pace
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a bonus
  • We consider applicants with diverse majors and work history; however, applicants frequently have education in Business Management, Supply Chain, Business Logistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field.

Our Interns have the following key responsibilities:

  • Own at least one summer project by scheduling training/shadowing, meeting with stakeholders to discuss needs/expectations, addressing issues with solutions, and presenting outcomes followed by next steps
  • Be an active member of regularly scheduled team meetings
  • Participate in all Clark Summer Internship Program events
  • Manage and complete daily invoice auditing tasks
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and invoice auditing project support to the greater RKW team

Remote Work Qualifications

  • Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
  • Access to a home router and modem.
  • A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
