Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports
Support reconciliation and other ongoing processes related to financial reports
Improve and automate existing reports/processes
Create Excel and Power BI-based financial reports
Provide ad-hoc analytics/reporting/consultations for finance departments
Interpret financial results and forecasts (profit and loss, variance analysis, impact analysis, trend analysis, benchmarking)
Present financial results to the Leadership Team monthly

Requirements

Higher education in economics
At least 1 year of experience in finance or audit
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including flexibility to use complex formulas, pivot tables, data models, and charts
Understanding of basic financial reporting and analysis terms
Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and communication skills
English level – B2 and higher, both spoken and written

Nice to have

Experience working with SQL, Power BI, VBA
